<h2 style="text-align: center;">THE HISTORY OF ASPEN GROVE RANCH</h2>
<p>This incredible home was built in 2007 by the renowned architect Jon Gunson for Starz founder and cable pioneer John Sie. Gunson, a local architect known for creating incredible mountain homes, brought together the vision that John and his wife, Anna, had for the property.</p>
<p>The property is divided into three main areas, the owner&#8217;s private wing, an activity and dining area located in the middle of the property, and a connected guest wing accessible by a bridge. All areas offer incredible views of the nearby Gore and Williams Fork mountain ranges.</p>
