<h2 style="text-align: center;">THE HISTORY OF CASTEEL CREEK RANCH</h2>
<p>When Robert Levine, co-founder of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabletron_Systems">Cabletron Systems</a>, retired in 1997 at the age of thirty-nine, a lot of people called him &#8220;eccentric&#8221;. He would, after all, wear ostrich-skin boots, drive around in an armored tank, and owned quite the arsenal, when it came to guns.</p>

<p>In 2001, while enjoying his early retirement, Levine had a mega-mansion designed and built that came to be known as &#8216;Casteel Creek Ranch.&#8217; The property has so many amenities across the entire ranch that you could never get bored, even with retirement as long as Levines.</p>
<p>In 2022 Casteel Creek Ranch was on the market for $42,000,000. The ranch was listed with the main house, two guest houses, two apartments, a car barn, a recreation center, and much, much more&#8230;</p>

<p>Much of the outside living space centers around a 200-foot steel cantilevered viewing bridge. The $1 million dollar bridge suspends mid-forest for taking in views of the Sawatch Mountain Range and sounds of the creek below while sipping coffee or cocktails.</p>

<p>As mentioned earlier, Casteel Creek Ranch has various other buildings on its land, his includes the incredible Coyote Lodge. Coyote Lodge is a five-story tall, 27,850 square-foot building that features a number of recreational activities and a fully stocked trout pond.</p>
