Kelly Clarkson fans are in for a treat! Kelly recently relocated to Encino, California, snapping up a property for $8.5 million. However, Kelly Clarkson’s mansion in Hendersonville, TN, has yet to find a buyer after quite some time on the market.
With an asking price of $8.75 million, the property isn’t cheap, however, it is beyond spectacular!
THE HISTORY OF KELLY CLARKSON’S MANSION
Built in 2007, this 4-acre waterfront estate in Hendersonville, Tennesee, features over 20,000 square-foot of living space. The property has 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a boat dock, a swimming pool, and a 5 car garage.
The house was bought by Kelly Clarkson in 2013 for $2.8 million but has since been upgraded by the grammy award-winning singer.
Multimillion-dollar homes in the area generally don’t sell quickly according to the listing agent Jack Miller. So it appears this one might be on the market for quite some time.
